Sales

Marketing & Sales Associate

The ideal  candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing  strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing  performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. A strong  marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention  to detail is required.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing strategies for generating new clients
  • Conduct marketing research and identify new clients
  • Build relationships with clients and follow up until deal is closed
  • Manage all client queries and respond to their enquiries
  • Generate proposals, submit them to relevant stakeholders and follow up on progress.
  • Propose and develop promotional materials to communicate brand identity
  • Generate social media content and respond to all social media conversations to increase brand visibility.

Management

Logitics Officer

The ideal  candidate will be required to provide administrative support for the  entire business. You will typically focus on business logistics, such as  billing, reporting, and purchasing. Your will work with our customers  & suppliers and coordinate the Avowell team to ensure everything is  running efficiently.

You will also manage the supplier and customer  database and help keep solid business relationships. The Logistics Officer will manage and organize the entire supply chain of Avowell  Company Limited.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the company budget with the Chief Executive
  • Manage records (financial, employee, etc.)
  • Maintain contacts for individuals and companies for services provided
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial accounting and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to all financial compliance issues
  • Continually monitor and manage spending, income, and budgets;
  • Preform frequent budget analysis; work to ensure that outcomes are achieved within budget and are tracked and reported; and keeps the Chief Executive informed
  • Provide for the orderly and timely delivery of the annual audit
  • Provide support for all general business operations for the company
  • Ensure adherence to all business-related compliance issues
  • Recommend, implement, and manage operational procedures and assures that the

    business office is professional and in compliance with all polices, regulations, and laws

  • Ensure that our team members have resources they need to complete their work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or related degree, or equivalent

    professional experience

  • Technical fluency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Suite
  • Experienced with bookkeeping, data management and financial data analysis
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
